RESEARCH DIVISION:
- 3 CAD 3D SOLIDWORKS design stations
With the help of this application, we can design test interfaces based on your 3D files. We can also generate and submit blueprints for your approval using the eDrawings format.
- 3 CAD/CAM Mastercam design stations
- 1 dimensional control machine
This optical control machine validates the impacts on the bed of nails tester.
- Monitoring system for PCB deformation
This system allows us to check the mechanical stress that PCBs are subject to during the testing phases.
MECHANICAL WORKSHOP:
- Machine tools:
- NC-controlled milling machines.
- NC-controlled boring machines.
- Turning machines.
- Fitted parts and joints made from polyurethane and silicone.
WIRING WORKSHOP:
- 7 stations capable of handling every type of wiring (wire bond, wrapping, board wiring, rack and bay, etc.)
